    猴头菇营养价值强大,含有蛋白质、多种维生素及矿物质等营养素,能护肝、抗肿瘤、降低血糖和血脂、防癌,抗炎等功效,在日程饮食上应该多摄取。

    Step 1

    猴头菇以清水浸泡4-5小时,用剪刀剪掉硬菇丁。(Wash mushroom and soak into water for 4-5 hours, remove stem and set aside.

    Step 2

    倒掉浸泡水,用手榨干猴头菇,再用自来水冲洗,再榨干,重复此动作直到猴头菇水清澈及去除苦涩。Squezze the mushrrom and wash under running tap water, squezze again, repeat it until the water clean and remove bitterness.

    Step 3

    煮沸半锅水,加入1大汤匙白糖,然后放入已清洗干净的猴头菇,汆烫1-2分钟,捞出榨干水份。同时鸡胸肉放入汆烫去除血水。Boil half pot of water with 1 tbsp sugar, blanch Lion's Mane mushroom for 1-2 minutes, remove and squezze. Blanch the chicken breast meat with the same boiling water to remove blood.

    Step 4

    把猴头菇撕开小朵连同鸡肉、姜片及清水,放入锅中大火煮滚后转慢火,继续炖煮1½小时。Tear the mushroom in small pieces, put into big pot, cook together with chicken, ginger and water, bring to boil, turn to low heat and continue cook for 1½ hours.

    Step 5

    加入菠菜及调味料煮片刻即可。Add spinach and seasoning, cook for a while, done.
